Refund policy.

If something you bought didn't help, tell me. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address you used to buy. Refunds go back to your original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Store tools, kits and the Complete System

Full refund within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't useful. Tell me what didn't work, if you're willing; it helps me make it better.

The Be The Man Club

Cancel any time from the members area and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for. If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, email me within 7 days of it and I'll refund it.

The Inner Circle

Come to four Thursdays and send four Scorecards. If after 30 days it isn't worth it, you get a full refund. After that, cancel any time and you won't be charged again.

The live workshop and the 6-week group

Full refund up to 24 hours before the first session. After that, I'll move you to the next round, or for the workshop, send you the recording.

The men's ministry kit

Full refund within 30 days of purchase if it isn't right for your ministry.

Couples counseling

Any session that hasn't happened yet is refundable. The assessment fee is paid directly to the assessment provider and is covered by their policy, not this one.
