Privacy policy.

Short version: I collect only what I need to send you what you asked for, I never sell it, and you can leave or ask me to delete it any time.

Who I am

Be The Man (bethemansystem.com) is run by Brian Greene. Questions about your information go to [email protected].

What I collect, and why

• When you sign up for Step 1, the 7-week challenge or the Low Seat Check emails: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. If you ask for your Low Seat Check results by email, I also keep your score and your thinnest posture so the emails can refer to them.
• When you send an inquiry (couples counseling, a free call, or booking Brian to speak): the name, email, phone number and note you type, so I can reply.
• When you buy something or join the Club: your name, email and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
• The Step 1 worksheet and the Low Seat Check save your answers in your own browser only. They are not sent to me unless you choose to email your results or share a witness link.

Who processes it for me

• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• Kit (kit.com): my email list, the weekly emails and the email series.
• Resend: one-to-one emails you ask for, like download links and Club sign-in links.
• Cloudflare: hosting this site and storing the download files.

Each of them only uses your information to provide that service. I do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies

This site sets two kinds of cookies, both only when you need them: one that keeps Club members signed in, and one that opens the online leader guide after a ministry kit purchase. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Emails

Every newsletter and series email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click takes you off the list. Download links and sign-in links are only sent when you buy something or ask for one.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I'll reply within a week. Purchase records may need to be kept for tax purposes.

Children

This site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
